整えられた無駄のない空間にいると自然と私に意識が向き
私を知ることができます。
その場に身を置くことで私も自然と整っていきます。
利休の茶に一番近いとされる表千家茶道を通じて禅の真髄を体感する。
内側に重きを置いた茶道教室です。
Within a refined, uncluttered space, my awareness naturally turns inward,
allowing me to know myself.
By placing myself within that space, I too naturally become refined.
Through the OMOTESENKE, considered closest to Rikyū's tea,
experience the essence of Zen.
This is a tea ceremony class that places emphasis on the inner self.

The way of tea
日々の茶道のお稽古はお点前とお客。
一見あまり変わり映えのないようにみえますが、
お稽古を続けていくと今までみえなかったものがみえてきます。
薄茶点前一つにしても、その時の私が点前の所作にあらわれます。
お客は、道具を見て亭主の心持ちを感じ、
静かな空間に座る、丁寧に所作をする、一服のお茶を頂く。
その都度私と向き合う良い機会です。
やればやるほど、茶道の奥行き、奥深さを感じ、
禅の道に通ずると体感していきます。
そのためには歩みを止めないことが不可欠です。
できる範囲で無理なく少しずつでも歩んでいけば、
私の道ができていきます。
同じことをしていても、お一人、お一人の歩む道は違います。
ご自身の道が見つかるよう、また豊かに歩んでいけるよう、
そのお手伝いと歩みを共にできたらと思います。
まずは日常の喧騒から離れられるお茶室に、
お気楽にお茶とお菓子をお召し上がりにご来庵下さい。
Daily tea ceremony practice involves the host and the guest.
At first glance, it may seem rather monotonous,
but as practice continues, things previously unseen become apparent.
Even in a single thin tea preparation, the host's state of mind at that moment is reflected in the movements.
The guest observes the utensils, senses the host's disposition,
sits in the quiet space, performs the movements with care,
and receives a cup of Matcha.
Each time is a valuable opportunity to face myself.
The more one practises, the more one senses the depth and profoundness of the tea ceremony,
experiencing how it connects to the path of Zen.
First, please come to the tea room,
a place where you can step away from the daily clamour,
and enjoy tea and sweets in a relaxed manner.
庵主
美文 ( Mifumi )
祖父華道教授、祖母、母共に茶華道講師の家に生まれる。
15歳渡英。５年滞在。
帰国後、池坊短期大学華道文化コース入学。
同志社女子大学国際理解コース編入。
その後、様々な異文化に触れる中で茶華道の道を歩むことが私の違和感のない道だと感じ今に至る。
2020年差取り塾に入塾し、明人氏に師事。自覚の道も歩む。
Born into a family where my grandfather was a professor of ikebana, and my grandmother and mother were both tea ceremony and ikebana instructors.
Moved to England at age 15. Stayed for five years.
After returning to Japan, enrolled in the Ikebana Culture Course at Ikenobo Junior College.
Transferred to the International Understanding Course at Doshisha Women's College of Liberal Arts.
Subsequently, whilst encountering various cultures, I came to feel that pursuing the path of tea ceremony and ikebana was the most natural course for me, and I continue on this path to this day.
